RUG CLEANING

Rugs are always cleaned away from the home, because once it has been cleaned it needs to fully dry, this also avoids any dye transfer onto your carpet or wooden flooring.

Rugs are firstly tested for colour stability which determines whether to clean them using a Water-Based Solution or a Dry Cleaning (waterless) Solution.

The Rug is cleaned using a machine which applies a warm Cleaning Solution to the fibres which is removed immediately together with the trapped soiling. Spots, Stains & Fringes are also treated by hand.

The rug is groomed to realign the pile & thoroughly dried prior to return.

HARD FLOOR CLEANING

Hard Floor cleaning covers many categories such as Stone, Tiled, Safety, Vinyl, Marble & many others, therefore each floor surface is treated individually & covers processes such as Strip, Clean, Seal, Polish & Maintain.

CURTAIN CLEANING

Curtains are thoroughly vacuumed to remove trapped dust. Then subject to testing prior to cleaning. The Curtains are Dry Cleaned, as they hang, using a machine which applies hot solution to the fabric which it immediately removes together with the soiling.

Swags, tails & tiebacks are hand finished.
